With the company incorporation we set up a specialized department for cleaning and maintenance of the communal areas of buildings, including office premises. Our objective was to widen the range of services regards the communal areas. Being aware of the responsibility, we undertook our initiative personally. Considering the importance of the hygiene factor, we built our vision of the essence of any cleaning and maintenance services offered by us.

We believe that cleaning services ensure a certain level of life quality to the people inhabiting such premises. It determines the level of healthy conditions of life or labour of such people and we are happy to make our personal contribution to the improvement of their environment.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES FOR CLEANING, TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE AND MAINTENANCE OF GREEN AREAS

CLEANING OF COMMUNAL AREAS OF BUILDINGS

• Cleaning of communal areas in residential and office buildings. It includes cleaning of all landings in the building from the top to the bottom one, all stairs regardless of the floor they are leading to, the hallway and the lobby of the building and all landings between stairs. It covers all elements of the communal areas like hand railings, windows, skirting boards, corners accumulating dust, dusty lights, lift cabins, etc.
• Care of the cleanness of any open areas adjacent to the building
• Care of the cleanness of any underground parking and garages
• We perform cleaning with professional cleaning and hygienic products ensuring a better cleaning effect.

CLEANING OF OFFICES

• The regular subscription cleaning of office premises is carried out at a time convenient to the client, such as early at the beginning of the work day, after it has finished or at any other time, and not obstructing the proper work process functioning.
• Cleaning includes activities on regular maintenance of good hygiene and cleanness in the office. During cleaning we look after all details, such as windows, skirting boards, spider’s webs and dust on all surfaces, room corners and walls or any other hidden places, sweeping and washing followed by floor drying to leave no marks, and of course, careful cleaning and refreshing, as well as stocking the sanitary facility with consumables at the client’s request.
• We perform cleaning with professional cleaning and hygienic products ensuring a better cleaning effect.

MAINTENANCE OF COMMUNAL AREAS

• Replacement of bulbs, electric switches, etc. within the communal areas of the complex
• Maintenance and service of systems and facilities in the buildings
• Help and coordination of repairs within the communal areas of the complex
• Organisation of lift maintenance in the complex

MAINTENANCE OF GREEN AREAS

• Current maintenance and revival of green areas
• Commissioning and maintenance of swimming pools and facilities: chemicalisation and daily checks of the water chemical indicators, care of the cleanness of the swimming pool water and putting away the swimming pool for the winter
• Care of the common facilities in the complex: hydrophore, softening stations, water treatment plant, etc.
• Spraying repellents against any damages during the summer season.
• Current maintenance, revival and arrangement of green areas around the building for a pleasant, representative and sellable appearance
